Deleting your data

Remove a social account

Go to Connections and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens and scheduled posts to it are deleted immediately. You can also remove Oval Brand Hive from the network's own settings (for example Facebook Settings → Business Integrations).

Delete your Oval Brand Hive account

Email [privacy contact email] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete your profile, workspaces you own, posts, media, messages and connected account data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Posts already published

Deleting data in Oval Brand Hive doesn't remove posts that were already published on a social network; delete those on the network itself.
