Who we are

Oval Brand Hive (brandhive.theoval.pro) is operated by [Company name, address, contact email].

What we collect

Your name, email and password (stored hashed); the workspaces, posts, media and messages you create; and, when you connect a social account, the access tokens and basic profile information the network provides (name, username, profile picture, page or channel id).

How we use it

To publish the posts you schedule, show you analytics for your own accounts, let you message other users, and run the marketplace. We do not sell your data and do not use social network data for advertising.

Social network data

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We request only the permissions needed to publish and read analytics for accounts you connect. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens immediately. Our use of data from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Google follows each network's developer terms; Google data use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that host Oval Brand Hive, with the social networks you ask us to publish to, and when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete posts, media and connected accounts at any time, and request deletion of your whole account; see Data deletion.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing [privacy contact email].
